Kuala Lumpur, 22 January 2025 – IOV2055, a leading force in driving innovation in the blockchain and Web3 ecosystem, successfully kicked-off its journey with the IGNITE event. The event served as the platform to unveil the upcoming global roadmap for the Internet of Values 2055 (IOV2055).
IOV2055 announced its next first global step for 2025: An exclusive symposium in Hong Kong, held in conjunction with Consensus Hong Kong on February 19th, 2025. This high-level gathering at the Novotel Century Hong Kong will bring together industry leaders, innovators, and blockchain enthusiasts to explore the latest advancements and chart the course for a decentralized future.
Building on the success of six successful events hosted last year, IOV2055 is poised for an even more impactful 2025 aiming to establish a presence in nearly 12 countries and host up to 50 events throughout the year.
“We are starting here in Malaysia with the Ignite event to get started. In February we are heading to Hong Kong, March to Bangkok then in April to EthVietnam to host our first Bitcoin event. There’s Dubai as well during Token2049 and Istanbul in June. We are holding symposiums all across the world with the objective of uniting people by building
future applications based on shared values,” said Harpreet Maan, Co-Founder of IOV2055.
In addition, IOV2055 proudly launched Malaysian Blockchain Month (MBM) in partnership with Malaysian Blockchain Week and signed an MOU with Dr. Ian Tan to further strengthen their collaboration and foster a thriving Web3 ecosystem in Malaysia.
Malaysian Blockchain Month is a month-long initiative set to take place in July 2025, featuring:
● Hackathons, workshops, and curated side events
● A 2-day IOV Symposium
● The Bitcoin APAC Conference
● Finale: the 2-day Malaysian Blockchain Week on 30 and 31 July 2025
