Task Description
The project is running a confirmed rewards initiative called Dark Points Season, which allocates $DARK tokens to early users who engage in the protocol’s privacy-enabled features. Points accumulate through private actions, such as shielded deposits, swaps, and withdrawals and are tracked through a public leaderboard.
Only interactions that use Dark Protocol’s privacy tooling qualify; typical Solana transactions do not generate Dark Points. The campaign is live on the mainnet beta, though the team has not announced when it will conclude.
Conditions
Step 1
Set Up Funds and Access the Platform
Purchase SOL and any supported assets on Binance to cover deposits and transaction fees, then withdraw SOL to your Solana wallet. Visit the Dark Protocol beta platform and connect your Solana wallet (Phantom recommended).
Step 2
Deposit Assets Into a Shielded Balance
Go to the deposit section, choose the asset you want to shield, enter the amount, and confirm the transaction. This moves your funds into Dark Protocol’s privacy-enabled shielded balance.
Step 3
Perform Private Swaps for Dark Points
Use the shielded swap feature to trade between supported assets privately. Execute multiple swaps to increase your Dark Points while keeping your trading activity anonymous.
Step 4
Withdraw Privately to Any Wallet
Access the withdrawal function to send shielded assets to any Solana wallet address anonymously, ensuring your transaction history and holdings remain hidden.
Step 5
Track and Continuously Earn Points
Check your Dark Points balance and leaderboard ranking through the dashboard. Repeat the cycle of deposits, swaps, and withdrawals regularly to maximize point accumulation.
Project Description
Dark Protocol is a privacy-focused infrastructure layer on Solana that enables users to conduct deposits, swaps, and withdrawals without exposing their wallet identities. Using shielded balances and zero-knowledge proofs, the system allows activity to occur privately while maintaining compatibility with Solana’s broader DeFi markets.
The platform uses ZK-SNARKs to create encrypted liquidity pools where participants can trade anonymously. Dark Protocol’s public beta launched in November 2025, alongside the introduction of its native token, $DARK. Its primary goal is to solve the visibility problem on transparent blockchains by allowing users to separate their trading patterns, balances, and activity from their public wallet addresses.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Users retain complete authority over their private balances and may withdraw to any Solana address at any time. Withdrawals also count as point-earning actions in the campaign.
No. Points are awarded for performing privacy-enabled actions, such as depositing, swapping, and withdrawing, not for simply keeping assets locked in a shielded state. You may exit after completing the actions that earn points.
The project has not yet released the exact exchange formula. Once the campaign ends, $DARK tokens will be allocated to participants according to the total Dark Points they earned and their position on the leaderboard.
